Where we ship: We currently ship anywhere in the United States — and shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Delivery times vary by product. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, and a few of our most popular items ship faster from US warehouses. Either way, you'll have tracking the whole way.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking, sent straight to your inbox. If anything looks off, email us at Support@kqure.shop and we'll chase it down.

Wrong or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Support@kqure.shop with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
