How fast is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 7–15 business days depending on the item — a few of our most popular products ship faster. You'll always get tracking sent to your inbox.

What if it doesn't work for my pet?

Every pet is different, and we get that. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, no hassle. Email Support@kqure.shop and we'll take care of it.

Are your products safe?

We only stock products we'd give our own dogs — simple, recognizable ingredients, with many made in the USA. If your pet has a medical condition or takes medication, check with your vet before starting any new supplement.

How long until I see results?

For daily supplements, most pet parents notice changes after 2–6 weeks of consistent use — skin and coat improvements often show sooner. Topicals like wipes work right away.
